Emily's Birthday Party (catching up!)

A couple weekends ago was Emily's birthday party. It was a Dora.the.Explorer theme. Alex *just* started liking Dora maybe a week before, so he really enjoyed seeing the characters on the decorations. If you've never seen Dora, there is a fox that can come and steal things, so Dora and her friends stop him by saying "Swiper (his name), no swiping!" Alex cracks us up b/c he picked up on this really quickly and yells "No sippey sippey!" So in this first picture he was going up to the tablecloth and yelling No sippey sippey to the Swiper.



The first tastes of the cake:

I love this picture because Alex has some frosting on his nose! This was the first time I've ever seen him kind of excited to eat cake (and ice cream).

Baby Aaron with Grandma Joan:

Alex loves pushing things and kept busy for quite a while just pushing this stroller back and forth. Don't worry, he didn't want anything in the stroller, so no dolls for him!
